Setup

The following sections describe how to set up the Lucity Mobile/CS EAM Mobile environment.

Requirements

• Clients must be licensed for the Lucity Mobile /CS EAM Mobile product.
• Clients must have the full Lucity/CS EAM Install media.
• The Lucity/CS EAM Web system must be version 2016 or higher if using the Lucity Mobile 2.0 application and 2020.2 or higher for the CS EAM Mobile application.
• Lucity/CS EAM Mobile Server must be installed in the web server's DMZ or be accessible through a VPN from the device.
• ArcServer must be accessible from the mobile device (through the DMZ or a VPN) to use agency-published map services.
