Reports

Reports are a convenient way to view and distribute data. Lucity contains a set of pre-defined reports in each module. These reports can be modified using Crystal Reports software. You can also create your own custom reports using Crystal Reports.

Note: You must rename all modified reports to avoid having them overwritten by each new Lucity suite installation.

Lucity desktop is compatible with Crystal Reports XI. However, Crystal Reports has its own limitations as far as opening a report in another version (Crystal Reports 9 and 10 can open a report created with Crystal Reports XI. However, new functionality from Crystal Reports XI may not be available in Crystal Reports 9 and 10. Crystal Reports 8.5 and lower versions cannot open a report created with Crystal Reports versions 9-11).

Note: Our image reports work with the following image types: bmp, tiff, pcx, tga, jpg, pict, png.
