Login

To access the Lucity Web application users need to go to the application and log in first. There are two types of logins available. Application Authentication, and Windows Authentication.

How To Access the web application

1. To go to the application users need to open Internet Explorer and go to the URL provided to them by their system administrators.
2. If the system is setup with Windows Authentication, and the current user logged into windows on the machine is setup to use that, they will be logged directly into the program and will see the dashboard.
3. If the system is setup to use Application Authentication the following screen will appear.

   

4. Enter the username and password.
   • Checking the Show Password box will show what is typed in the password field instead of replacing it with dots.
5. Click login >>>.
6. If the username and password are correct the user will be logged into their dashboard.

   Note:  This username will be the same login ID and password used to access the desktop version of Lucity.
