Question:

Can more than one user edit the same record at one time?

Answer:

No. The second user will receive a "Locked" message and they will not be able to make changes to the record until the first user exits.

Question:

Can the same record be viewed by more than one user at a time?

Answer:

Yes. However, you would need to have at least two seat licenses for that module to allow more than one users in the module at once.

Question:

When I save a record, the record is cleared and I am still in add mode-why?

Answer:

This only occurs if you are in continuous add mode (which is set up in System > Configurations>>Program Options). Continuous add mode allows you to add several records at one time without having to press the add button each time. If you are not in continuous add mode, the record will return to view mode after saving it.
