These modules maintain inspection records for Street subsegments and Road segments. Use these to record street and Road inspection results and observations. Additionally, these modules can be used to summarize the street defects and ratings in order to calculate Pavement Condition Indices (PCI). PCI provide a way to define conditions for road evaluation and assign a weight values as needed.
