At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

These fields allow you to identify the pipe being inspected. Click on the field caption buttons or press F9 for a list of existing pipes. Upon entering the pipe's ID numbers, the addresses associated with those IDs will be automatically entered by the system. |
Flow Basin |
This field will be automatically populated if the pipe identified above has a flow basin associated with it in Pipe Inventory. |
Note: The US Structure ID is required in order to save the record.
