Sewer Pump Header Data

At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Field Name

Definition

Unique Number

This field contains a number automatically generated by the system. This is a read-only field.

Pump Number

This required field allows you to create a user-defined, alphanumeric ID for the pump.

Pump Type

This code-description field allows you to indicate the type of pump in the record (i.e. vertical centrifugal, submersible, propeller). Click on the field caption button or press F9 to access the pick list.

Slot Number

Station Number

Station Name

These fields have a unique function. These are automatically entered by the system upon installing the pump in a pump station slot via the Pump Station Inventory record. These fields will remain vacant if the pump is not associated with a pump station.

Note: After a pump is removed from a pump station, the pump station's inventory record is considered a “history record” and be can be viewed by clicking the Relationship button on the module toolbar.
