Calculate Initial Deduct and Final Deduct

Once the ratings have been set, the system will calculate the initial deduct, final deduct, and PCI in the following manner:

• 10 - Rating = Initial Deduct
• Initial Deduct x Weighting Factor = Final Deduct
• The total of the Final Deducts is used to find PCI.  PCI is discussed further in the following tab.

  Note:  The system performs these calculations automatically when the ratings values are altered.
