You may alter the ratings for multiple distresses at the same time. This allows you to add data quickly. To set ratings, highlight the distresses you wish to set, then Right - clickRight-click and select Set Rating or Set Rating to 10. The Set Rating to 10 option will change the rating for all selected distresses to 10 (the highest/best rating available). The Set Rating option will display the following window:
Enter the rating and click OK. Your changes will appear in the grid.
Note: You only need to enter rating values for those distresses with necessary deductions. If the distress is not present on the pavement or is in good condition with no need for a deduction, you can leave the rating blank. This has the same effect as setting the rating to 10. This also helps save time when creating your Field Inspection records.
