Creating a Filter

To Create a filter open up the Filter tool either by letting it open automatically when opening the module or by clicking on the module toolbar.

  1. Use the Sort tab at the top of the screen to sort the final records in a specific order. This is optional
  2. Use the other tab to select fields to build the filter on. Select the field, select a Modifier and provide a filtering value.
  3. After the filter created click Count Records to test the filter and the click Go to run the filter and load the module with the filtered recordset.
