The Form Manager provides three checkboxes allowing you to choose which types of forms will be displayed in the list:
The "Show forms in preview mode" checkbox is used for system maintenance. While a form is being edited, the system will save it in "Preview Mode". Occasionally, duplicate forms may be created if a user was in the process of editing a form and did not close the program correctly (due to power outage, network problems, etc.). In these instances, you can clear the duplicate forms by completing the following steps:
Select the "Show forms in preview mode" button. The duplicate "preview" forms will be displayed (duplicate forms can be easily identified by the Form Name column).
If you know that no other user is working on the form in "Preview Mode", you can delete the duplicate version of the form. This helps you better manage the list of forms.
The " Custom" checkbox will display the forms customized by you or another user in your organization. Consult the Custom Forms topics for additional information.
The "Template" checkbox will display the Form Templates provided by Lucity. Consult the Form Templates topics for additional information.
