The Lucity GIS Viewer™ gives users the ability to open a Lucity inventory and inspection record for an asset in the map.
To open a Lucity module from the map:
Click on the down arrow located to the right of the select tool. This will drop down a box that gives you the option to select Lucity™.
If you haven't already, you will be prompted to login. Enter your Lucity user name and password.
You can now left click on the asset that you wish to work with. You can only work with one asset at a time with this tool. A dialog box will appear that is similar to the one below. Your options may vary depending on what asset you are working with. The box below shows that the asset selected is a park. When you select your asset you will see the options available to you on the right.
A list of modules for your selected asset will appear at the top portion of the menu. You will see a bracketed number beside the module name. This indicates the number of records for the asset in that particular module. The modules with zero associated records will be grayed out. If you select a module it will open up in the desktop application allowing you to view and edit the data.
