Tests

The Tests tab tracks tests related to the facility. At the top of the tab are several fields that correspond with the grids below them.

Last Test Date

Populated from the inspection date of the most recent inspection record.

Test Freq

The number of (date) units between inspections

Test Freq Units

The type of date units between inspections

Next Test Date

The next date an inspection should occur. If the Test Freq and Test Freq Units fields are populated this will auto-calculate the Next Test Date based on the Last Test Date. This field can then be used to filter for Facilities that need to be inspected.

Tests grid

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow user to view, add, edit, or delete the record.

How To

Add a Test

  1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The Facility Testing module will open to a new record.
  2. Fill out the Sample Taken field. This is required. The Facility Number field is also required, but is filled out automatically when entering tests this way.
  3. Fill out other desired fields.
  4. Save and close the record.
