The Inspections/Notifications tab tracks inspections related to the facility, and notifications sent to the facilities contacts/owners. At the top of the tab are several fields that correspond with the grids below them.
Inspection fields
Last Inspection Date |
Populated from the inspection date of the most recent inspection record. |
Inspection Freq |
The number of (date) units between inspections |
Inspection Freq Units |
The type of date units between inspections |
Next Inspection Date |
The next date an inspection should occur. If the Inspection Freq and Inspection Freq Units fields are populated this will auto-calculate the Next Inspection Date based on the Last Inspection Date. This field can then be used to filter for Facilities that need to be inspected. |
Inspections grid
A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow user to view, add, edit, or delete the record.

The notification fields can be filled out by users to keep track of when a notification went out. However, doing this does not automatically create a record in the Notice History grid. They are automatically updated when a notification is added using the "Notification Update" toolkit function.
Notice History grid
This grid allows users to track when they send out manually notifications. Records are automatically added to this grid when the "Notification Update" toolkit function is used. Email notifications sent using Lucity Notifications are tracked on the Tracking tab.
