Codes

The Codes tab tracks which SIC and NAICS codes apply to the facility. There is a grid for each of these types of Code. The code picklists are pre-populated for convenience, but can be edited by each agency according to their needs.

Samples of the grids appear below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow user to view, add, edit, or delete the record.

• Right - click in a grid to add a record
• Right - click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
• Double - click on an existing record to open it

How To

Add a record to a code grid

1. Right click in the desired grid and select Add Record.
2. A record similar to this will appear

   

3. Select the desired code.

   Note: There is a separate code list for each grid. These code lists are user-defined.
