The Test Results tab has several fields that keep track of who entered the test, which lab it when to, when it occurred, etc... At the bottom of the tab is a grid that stores a testing list. This both provides a checklist of tests to perform and a way to record testing results. The test items can either be added directly into this grid, or can be loaded from the Testing List Setup module.
A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow user to view, add, edit, or delete the record.
Right - click in the grid to add a record
Right - click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, Delete Record, or Load Inspection Checklist.
Right - click in the Test List grid and select Add Record. The following screen will appear
Provide an Item. And fill out any other desired fields. The rest of the fields are designed to track measurement recordings. However, they are not required, and an Inspection item can be used to track something else.
When complete save and close the record.
Note: The record can be edited again later so it can be partially filled out as setup, and then filled out completely during the inspection.
