Facility Test Header

The header fields contain general information to identify and describe and locate each facility. It appears the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the modules tabs.

Field	Function
Facility Number*	Specifies which Facility this inspection is for. Click the Facility Number button or click in the field and hit F9 to bring up a list of Facilities from the IPT Facilities module.
Facility Name	The name of the facility. This field as well as the Address fields, are auto-populated when the Facility Number is set.
Latest Test	Automatically checked if this is the most recent test for the selected facility
Sample Taken *	The date the inspection occurred. This is used to update the Last Test Date field on the facility record

Note: The combination of Facility Number, Sample Taken, and the time must be unique.
