Testing List Setup

This module allows users to set up template Test lists. The test list can be uploaded to the Test Results tab in the inspection module. These codes are used when filling out Filling our Facility Testing records.

For information about this module's toolbars click on the corresponding icon below.

Note: Users can view any field definition by right clicking + Ctrl in that field.

To access the Testing List Setup module, select Sewer > Environmental Compliance > Industrial Pretreatment > Testing List Setup and the following window will appear.

Testing Items grid

This grid contains a list of things that need to happen during the inspection. This list can be manually populated with records or it can be loaded with items from another checklist template from this module.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow will appear signifying ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow user to view, add, edit, or delete the record.

How To

Create and populate a Testing List

  1. Add a new record
  2. Enter a name in the Test List Name field.
  3. Save the record.
  4. Right click in the Testing Items grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear

  5. Enter a description to the Item field. Fill out other desired fields.
  6. Save and close the record.
  7. The item will automatically be added to the Check list record.

Load an Inspection Checklist

  1. Right - click in the Testing List grid and select Load Testing List. The following selection list will appear

  2. Click on the desired checklist and click Select.
  3. The list will be loaded into the grid.
