Many work employees are required to obtain various certifications. The Work program provides you with this module to record all continuing education classes or professional development hours required to complete each certification. You can then indicate which employees have taken each class. This module is linked to the Employee Certification module, which contains details about each certification and displays all associated classes.
Note: If the "Supervisor Manages Certifications" function is turned on in Work Options, only an employee's supervisor will be allowed to add, edit, or delete Certification records for that employee. The system will check the Supervisor's login ID to ensure that only the authorized individual has access to these records.

To access the Classes module, select Work
> Employee Cert/Classes
> Classes
and the following window will appear.
