Work Task Header Data

At the top of the Rehab Work Tasks and Costs module you'll include identification information in the Header fields. These fields and their special functions are described below:

Field Name

Use/Purpose

Task

Use this field to create a unique code and description to identify this rehabilitation work task.

WO Task Code

This field allows you to associate the Rehab Work Task in this record with the Work Flow Setup, Tasks module.

  • Press F9 to select an existing Work Task from the pick list. This will link the two records together.
  • Press F5 to enter the Task code in this field. This will create a new record in the Work Flow Setup, Tasks module for this Rehab Work Task. You'll then need to access the Work Flow Setup record and make this task Active. Tasks must be activated in order to be selected in the Work Order modules.

Rehab Units

Use this field to indicate whether the Entire Pipe, Partial Pipe, or individual pipe sections (Each) are rehabilitated when this task is used.

Rehab Class

Use this field to indicate a rehabilitation or repair classification for the task in this record. Sample Rehab Classes include Main Line Repair, Service Lateral Repair, and Line Cleaning.

% I/I Removed

Use this field to indicate the percent of infiltration and inflow that will be removed when using this work task.

Min Rehab Length

This field allows you to designate the minimum pipe length for which this rehab work task is applicable.

Pt Repair Min Dist

This field allows you to designate the minimum distance for which this rehab work task is applicable when used for point repair.

Note: You must include a unique Task code and description in order to save the record.
