Click the to expand the Project to which you want to add a Project Daily Inspection.
Click Add in the Project Daily Inspections grid. A new record opens.
The Project ID will be auto-populated from the linked Project.
Enter a Report Date (required). This value must be unique.
The Most Recent Inspection box is read-only and will be marked if this record is the most recent inspection on the project.
Select a Project Inspector. Options in this list come from Work Flow Setup > Employee Setup records that have the Project Inspector box checked.
Enter Contractor and Superintendent names and phone numbers if desired.
Select a Testing Lab and enter a Testing Lab Phone if desired.
Enter available inspection working/weather conditions.
Enter available permit information.
Complete other fields as desired.
Click Save . The new record appears in the Project Inspections > Project Daily Inspections module and the Project Management > Project Daily Inspections grid for the related Project.
Click the to expand the Project to which you want to add a Project Lab Test.
Click Add in the Project Lab Test grid. A new record opens.
The Project ID will be auto-populated from the linked Project.
Enter a Test Date (required). This value must form a unique combination with the Project ID.
Select a Test Type.
Select a Testing Lab.
Complete other fields as desired.
Click Save . The new record appears in the Project Management > Project Inspections > Labs module and the Project Management > Lab Tests grid for the linked Project.
Click the to expand the Project to which you want to add a Project Final Inspection.
Click Add in the Project Final Inspections grid. A new record opens.
The Project ID will be auto-populated from the linked Project.
Enter a Report Date (required).
Project ID and Report Date must form a unique combination.
Select a Project Inspector. Options in this list come from Work Flow Setup > Employee Setup records that have the Project Inspector box marked.
Select a Contractor.
Enter available information about permits associated with this project.
Complete other fields as desired.
Click Save . The new record appears in the Project Management > Project Inspections > Final Inspections module and the Project Management > Final Inspections grid for the related Project.
Click the to expand the Project to which you want to add a Project Maintenance Bond Inspection.
Click Add in the Project Maintenance Bond Inspections grid. A new record opens.
The Project ID will be auto-populated from the linked Project.
Enter a Bond Date (required).
Project ID and Report Date must form a unique combination.
Enter a Bond Expiration Date.
Enter an Inspection Date.
Enter Inspection Freq and Inspection Freq Units.
Select an Inspected By.
Select a Project Inspector. Options in this list come from Work Flow Setup > Employee Setup records that have the Project Inspector box marked.
Select a Contractor.
Enter available information about permits associated with this project.
Record any Issues related to the inspection.
Complete other fields as desired.
Click Save . The new record appears in the Project Management > Project Inspections > Maintenance Bond Inspections module and the Project Management > Maintenance Bond Inspections grid for the related Project.
Click the to expand the Project to which you want to add a Project Water Test Request.
Click Add in the Project Water Test Requests grid. A new record opens.
The Project ID will be auto-populated from the linked Project.
Enter a Report Date (required).
Project ID and Report Date must form a unique combination.
Select Requested By.
Select an Inspected By.
Select a Project Inspector. Options in this list come from Work Flow Setup > Employee Setup records that have the Project Inspector box marked.
Select a Contractor.
Select the type(s) of test (Chlorination, Flushing or Testing) related to this water test.
Enter the dates for the type(s) of water tests.
Complete other fields as desired.
Click Save . The new record appears in the Project Management > Project Inspections > Water Test Request module and the Project Managment > Water Test Request grid for the related Project.
