Project Management's Project Inspections > Final Inspections module enables agencies to track final inspections on a project. Users can record information about individuals present at the final inspection and any corrections or other findings on the project.
Common tasks
To open thismodule, selectWork > Project Management > Project Inspections > Final Inspection.
Open the Work > Project Management > Project Inspections > Final Inspections module.
Click Add . A new record opens.
Select a Project ID (required).
Enter a Report Date (required).
Project ID and Report Date must form a unique combination.
Select a Project Inspector. Options in this list come from Work Flow Setup > Employee Setup records that have the Project Inspector box marked.
Select a Contractor.
Enter available information about permits associated with this project.
Complete other fields as desired.
Click Save . The new record appears in the Project Management > Project Inspections > Final Inspections module and the Project Management > Final Inspections grid for the related Project.
