Project Management's Project Inspections > Water Test Request module enables agencies to track information about a water test request and its results on a project.
Common tasks
To open thismodule, selectWork > Project Management > Project Inspections > Water Test Request.
Open the Work > Project Management > Project Inspections > Water Test Request module.
Click Add . A new record appears.
Select a Project ID (required).
Enter a Report Date (required).
Project ID and Report Date must form a unique combination.
Select Requested By.
Select an Inspected By.
Select a Project Inspector. Options in this list come from Work Flow Setup > Employee Setup records that have the Project Inspector box marked.
Select a Contractor.
Select the type(s) of test (Chlorination, Flushing or Testing) related to this water test.
Enter the dates for the type(s) of water tests.
Complete other fields as desired.
Click Save . The new record appears in the Project Management > Project Inspections > Water Test Request module and the Project Managment > Water Test Request grid for the related Project.
