Lucity alerts users if any of the Fleet, Equipment, or Facility records on a Work Order are under warranty. This feature helps protect agencies from performing work that is covered by a warranty or that would void a warranty.
Setup
No setup is required. Lucity performs warranty-checks by default.
How It Works
When users create or edit a Work Order, Lucity will produce a Warranty Notice if:
