Templates

The PM/Work Template module enables you to create templates for Work Orders and PM (Preventative Maintenance) records. Templates are pre-configured copies of a record containing commonly used information. Then, you can use a Template to create Work Orders and PMs that include all of the pre-configured information.

• Work Order Templates - enable you to quickly create Work Orders that have consistent information on them.
• PM Templates - enable you to quickly create PMs that have the same basic information but are for different assets.
