To streamline the process of creating Work Orders or PMs, agencies can associate Employees who commonly perform a type of work with related Task Setup records. Then, when a user adds that Task to a Work Order or PM/Template as a Sub Task, the Employees are added to the Work Order or PM, as well.
Employees Grid
A Task Setup record's Employees grid lists personnel resources associated with the Task by default.

Sets the expected number of regular work hours the employee will spend on the task. |
OT |
Sets the expected number of over time work hours the employee will spend on the task. |
Estimated |
Sets the overall total expected time the employee will spend on the task. |
