1. Open the Transportation > ITS > ITS Communications module.
2. In the module toolbar, click the button. The ITS Communications form appears.
3. Enter a unique Comm ID for the communication service (required). The system will automatically generate a unique Communication Rec #.
5. Save and close the record.

1. Open the ITS Communications module.
2. Click the button next to the Communication Service record you wish to change.
3. In the expanded record, select the Action History grid.
4. Click the Toolkit and select Change Service. The following pop-up appears:

   

5. The Action field will auto-populate to Change Service.
6. Enter an Action Date (required).
7. Complete other fields as desired.

   *Note: The system will not require any changes other than Action Date. Other fields may be changed or unchanged, or left blank/deleted.

8. Click OK. The tool records updated information in the parent ITS Communication record and reflects changes in a Change Service record displayed in the Action History grid.
9. Open the Action History record to view the changes made by running the tool.

1. Open the ITS Communications module.
2. Click the button next to the desired Communication Service record.
3. In the expanded record, select the Action History grid.
4. Click the button and select New IP. The following pop-up appears:

   

5. The Action Date will default to today's date; update as necessary. This field is required.
6. Enter a new IP Address (required).
7. Complete other fields as desired.
8. Click OK. The tool records the IP Address in a record added to the Action History grid.

1. Open the ITS Communications module.
2. Click the button next to the Communication Service record to which you want to add the device.
3. In the expanded record, select the Action History grid.
4. Click the button and select Add New Device to unattached Comm ID. The following pop-up appears:

   

5. Update the default Action Date if needed. (A date is required.)
6. Select a Comm Device ID from the list (required).
7. Complete other fields as desired.
8. Click OK. The tool updates the Comm Device ID and adds a record to the Action History grid.

1. Open the ITS Communications module.
2. Click the button next to the Communication Service record you wish to change.
3. In the expanded record, select the Action History grid.
4. Click the button and select Replace Communication Device. The following pop-up appears:

   

5. Update the default Action Date if needed. (A date is required.)
6. Select a replacement Comm Device ID from the list (required).
7. Complete other fields as desired.
8. Click OK. The tool updates the Comm Device ID and adds a record to the Action History grid.

1. Open the ITS Communications module.
2. Click the button next to the Communication Service record you wish to cancel.
3. In the expanded record, select the Action History grid.
4. Click the button and select Cancel Service. The tool clears the Comm Device ID field and adds a record to the Action History grid.
