1. Open the ITS Communication Device module.
2. In the module toolbar, click . The ITS Communication Device form appears.
3. Enter a unique Comm ID (required).
4. Select the appropriate Comm Type.
5. Enter the Phone Number or IP Address of the service.
6. Complete other fields as desired.
7. Save and close the record.

1. Open the ITS Communication Devices module.
2. Click the button next to the Communication Device record to which you want to add a Communication Service.
3. In the expanded record, select the Action History grid.
4. Click the button and select Add New Communication to Unattached Communication Device. The following pop-up appears:

   

5. Update the default Action Date if needed. (A date is required.)
6. Select a Communication ID from the list (required).
7. Complete other fields as desired.
8. Click OK. The tool updates the Comm ID on the Communication record and adds a record to the ITS Communication Device Action History grid.

1. Open the ITS Communication Devices module.
2. Click the button next to the Communication Device record that you'd like to switch to a different Communication Service.
3. In the expanded record, select the Action History grid.
4. Click the button and select Transfer Service. The following pop-up appears:

   

5. Update the Action Date if needed. (This field is required.)
6. Select a Communication ID from the list (required).
7. Complete other fields as desired.
8. Click OK. The tool updates the Comm ID on the Communication Device record and adds a record to the Action History grid.

1. Open the ITS Communications module.
2. Click the button next to the Communication Service record you wish to cancel.
3. In the expanded record, select the Action History grid.
4. Click the button and select Cancel Service. The tool clears the Comm Device ID field and adds a record to the Action History grid.
