Setup: ArcGIS Online

The following instructions describe how to set up the Lucity GIS integration for data stored in ArcGIS Online. This integration method should not be implemented when data is shared to ArcGIS online but actually stored in an agency's local SDE geodatabase.

Configuration Steps

• Lucity to ArcGIS Online * - Allows Lucity to update the ArcGIS Online feature services.
• Lucity Inspections to ArcGIS Online - Allows records added to a Lucity inspection module to update an ArcGIS Online feature class.
• Webmap Editing to Lucity - Allows the Lucity Webmap editing tools to update Lucity. This integration also works for other web-based GIS editing environments.
• Lucity Spatial Indexer - Checks Work Order/Request Assets and Locations against ArcGIS Online and stores the spatial results in the Lucity database. This integration is required to provide a live layer of work locations.

Restrictions

ArcMap to Lucity Integration - Because ArcGIS Online data is stored online, Lucity cannot support working with your ArcGIS Online data in ArcMap.
