Each fleet vehicle can be linked to records in the Equipment module. For example, a truck may have a hoist attached to it. The hoist is documented in Equipment Inventory while the truck is in the Fleet Inventory.
Note: A piece of equipment can only be attached to one vehicle at a time.

Equipment Grid
The Equipment Grid displays a list of related equipment records. Records added to this grid are added to the Fleet > Equipment module.

Attach/Detach Related Record |
Allows you to attach/detach an existing related record to the current record. |

Open Record |
Click this button to open a form view of the record. |
|
Open in another View |
Select one or more records in the grid and click this button to open those records in another view. This shifts the program to look at the related module. Doing this allows users to see further relationships. |
