Street Name Fields

The Street Name fields described below have special functions. For a complete list of available Street Name fields, see the Lucity Data Dictionary.

ID Fields

Street Rec #

They system-defined ID for the street name.

 

Special Function Fields

Street Dir

The direction of the street (e.g., W BLUEBIRD ST). Use the pick-list to select a value from the Street Direction module.

Prefix Type

The prefix for the street (e.g,. CALLE HERMOSA). Use the pick-list to select a value from the Street Prefix Type module.

Street Name

The name of the street (e.g., RAY AV)

Street Type

The type of the street (e.g., ASHROCK DR or DUPONT CIR). Use the pick-list to select a value from the Street Type module.

Street Suffix

The suffix of the street [e.g., METCALF RD SB (Southbound)]. Use the pick-list to select a value from the Street Suffix module.

Street Index

The resulting Street Name built from the previous fields. (Note: Some elements of the Street Name may be abbreviated or slightly modified because of preferences set out in the Street Alias module.)

 

Last Modified Fields

Last Modified By

The login ID of the last Lucity user to modify the record.

Last Modified Date

The date that the record was last modified.

 

Custom Fields

Lucity Web includes a variety of empty fields that an agency can customize to meet its needs. The number of custom fields available varies by module.

Custom fields can be designed as one of the following types:

Pick-List

Lets users select a value (code/type) from an agency-defined list.

Alphanumeric

Allows users to enter letters or numbers in any combination.

Check-box

Used to indicate yes/no or on/off.

Numerical

Accepts numbers only.

Date

Provides a pop-up calendar to enable the user to select a date.
