Quick Lookup

Quick Lookup plug-ins enable users to search for a specific record in a specific module. The search is performed on the Common ID.

Features

Enables users to search through the records in a module.
Click in the field and press the Space bar to automatically fill in the last value you used.

Example

In the Quick Lookup field, type the Common ID for the indicated type of Asset and click OK.

	Quick Lookup Options
	Caption to Show on the Dashboard	Specifies the text that will appear in front of the Lookup field. This text should reference the type of record that will be searched.
	Module for Quick Lookup:	Indicates which module should be searched.
	Ok	Saves all changes and closes the window.
	Cancel	Cancels all changes and closes the window.
