Create Work Order

The Create Work Order tool allows users to create a work order from the map based on one or more assets.

How To Create a Work Order

1. Highlight one ore more assets, or Work Point(s), in the Data Table

   Note: Work Points are created using the Create Work Point tool.

2. Click the button.
3. The work order will automatically be created and the following message will appear:

   

4. The work order still needs to be edited to fill out required fields. Click Web to edit the work order in Lucity Web, and Desktop to edit in Lucity Desktop.

   Note: if the close button is used instead of making a choice, it will open the work order in Lucity Desktop by default. The work order must be edited and saved.
