The Floor/Rooms tab contains three grids to track Floors, Rooms, and Assets. It also contains fields allowing agencies to indicate the building's maximum occupancy, parking spaces, parking ratio, Alarm Type, Generator Type, Alarm Phone, and Height. The roof data (Roof Type, Roof Inspection date, and Roof Condition code) are automatically filled by the system based on the most recently associated Roof Inspection record.
Floors Grid
A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow will appear signifying ascending or descending order.
Right-click in the grid to add a record
Right-click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
Right click in the Floors grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear:
Fill out the Floor ID. This is required. The Building Rec # is also required, but adding the record this way auto populate it.
Fill out other desired fields.
Save and close the record.
The Floor records will now appear in the Floors grid on the building record.

Rooms Grid
Room records are associated to a Building and a Floor. The records that appear in the Rooms grid are dependent on which floor is selected in the Floors grid.

Right-click in the grid to add a record
Right-click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
Select a floor record in the Floors grid to attach the room to.
Right click in the Rooms grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear
Fill out the Room ID. This is required. The Floor Rec # and Building Rec # are both required, but when adding room records this way, they are auto-filled.
Fill out other desired fields
Save and Close the record.
