The Inspections tab displays information from the last inspection as well as a list of conduit inspections recorded in the ConduitInspection module.
A sample of the Conduit Inspections grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.
Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, Delete Record, or Move inspection record to another Conduit.
Right click in the grid and select Add Record. The Conduit Inspection module opens and displays a new record.
Enter the Date Inspected Date, and Inspec Dir(ection). These items are required and the combination of the two must be unique. The US Structure, DS Structure, and Alt Conduit ID are also required; however, the system completes these fields automatically when a a record is added using this method.
Complete any other desired fields.
Save and close. The Inspection record appears in the Inspection Grid.
