Attributes Tab

The Attributes tab includes general information about the street supersegment.

Field Name	Use/Purpose
# of Lanes	This field is to indicate the number of lanes in the Supersegment.
Ave Width	This field is the average width of the supersegment. It is calculated by the following: Ave Width = Area / Length
Area	This field is calculated by the system. The value in this field represents the sum total of the areas of all subsegments associated to this Supersegment.
Classification Pavement Type Pavement Strength	These fields allow users to specify the type of road, and pavement used.
Owner	This code-description field allows you to indicate the supersegment's owner. This is a shared field carried over from the related Subsegment record.
District Name	This code-description field allows users to indicate the name of the district that houses this supersegment.
Section Name	This code-description field allows users to indicate the name of the section that houses this supersegment.

Note: By default, the supersegment takes on the characteristics of the first subsegment with which it is linked. These default characteristics can be edited as needed.

Custom Fields

Additionally, this tab allows users to add custom information in multiple user-defined fields. These fields include:

Code-type - User-defined, pick list fields.
Alphanumeric - Enter letters or numbers in any combination.
Check-box - Used to indicate yes/no or on/off.
Numerical - Accepts numeric digits only.
Date - Provides a popup calendar to select a date.
Note: The user-defined fields are designed by the system administrator. They are completely open from the beginning and have no default information to track. See the system administrator for further details.

This is a text field that allows information to be carried over to a work order for this specific supersegment.
