This tab records inspection data on the street subsegment. All data in this tab is carried over from the Field Inspection module. At the top of this tab there are fields that track specific details from the most recent inspection. These fields are described below:
Field Name |
Description |
Last Date |
The date of the most recent Field Inspection. Note: This is a read-only field. |
Last Control PCI |
This is filled out from the Inventory PCI from the most recent Field Inspection. Represents the sum of the Final Distress, Structural, and Roughness PCI values. Note: This is a read-only field. |
Current PCI |
The Current PCI from the most recent Field Inspection. This is a calculated value using either the Inventory or the Override PCI (if entered by the user) minus the time elapsed multiplied by the slope. For additional information on this calculation, consult the PCI topic. Note: This is a read-only field. |
Condition |
The data in this field can either be entered directly by the user or can be updated automatically from the most recent Field Inspection record. |
Load Factor Non-Load Factor Envir Factor Structural Factor Roughness Factor |
The field are automatically filled out from the corresponding fields on the latest Field Inspection. The values represent the sum total of the defects in each of these categories from the Distresses tab of the Field Inspection. In the Pavement Setup > Pavement Distresses module, each distress can be assigned to one of these types (load, non-load, environmental, etc.). The system then sums the values for each category and displays them here. This helps determine the overall effect each defect has on the pavement subsegment. Note: These are read-only fields. |
This tab also contains a grid that records all inspections done on the street subsegment. A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.
