Loading a Subset

1. Open the module from which you want to load the subset.  
2. Click Go to move past the filter (if necessary).
3. Click on the module toolbar to open the Subset Manager window.

   Note: If the module is capable of loading address subsets a prompt will appear at this point asking what kind of subset your are loading.

   

4. Select the name of the subset you wish to load.
5. Click . The subset records will then open.
6.  Look at the status bar to see the number of records in the set. Use the navigation  buttons , , , on the module toolbar to view the record set.

   While most subsets can only be viewed in related inventory or inspection modules, you can view all subsets in GIS and Work Orders module.
