The Bldg Inspection tab contains a list of all building inspections associated with the pipe. The source of these records is the Building Inspection module.
A sample of the data grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.
Double-click on an existing record to open it.
Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
How To Add a Building Inspection
Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The Building Inspection module will open and display a new record.
Enter the Inspection Date and Address (both required). The US Structure, DS Structure, and Alt Pipe ID fields are also required; however, they are completed automatically when a record is added using this method.
Complete any other desired fields.
Save and close.
The Building Inspection record will appear in the grid.
Note: Building inspections associated with the Pipe Inventory differ from building inspections found in the Facility module under Facility > Building > Building Inspection.
