The header fields contain general information to identify each distribution main break. It appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

This is the user-defined ID for a main break. |
Pipe Number |
This field allows users to select the pipe related to the break. Click the caption button or click in the field and push F9 for a pick-list of pipes from the Water Distribution Pipe Inventory. |
Date Reported Date Repaired |
These fields allow users to record the date the breakage was reported and the date it was repaired. |
Address |
These fields allow users to indicate the location of the breakage. The location can be made up of a building number and street name. With the street name validation turned on, the street names entered in the record will be restricted to those available in the current Street Name List. |
