Create Request Links for Filterset

This creates a link between a mainbreak and every request that has the mainbreak included as the Affected Asset. It repeats this for every record in the filter.

Create WO Links for Filterset

This creates a link between a mainbreak and every work order that has the mainbreak included as an asset. It repeats this for every record in the filter.

How to Run a toolkit function

  1. Before running any tool that affects a filterset, create a filter for the records that should be updated.
  2. Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window will appear:
