Right-of-Way (ROW)

This tab contains four grids identifying right-of-way assets associated with this segment.  The grids track pavement markings, sidewalks, guard rails, and ramps.  You can sort the records in these grids by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.  Click the heading again to change direction.  A sample of these headings appears below:

There are three ways to access the right-of-way asset records:

1. Double click on any record.  This will open the record directly.
2. Right-click on any record to open a drop down menu.  The menu allows you to view or edit a record.
3. Access the records from the main menu bar.
   • For pavement markings, select Transportation > Right-of-Way > Pavement Markings > Pavement Marking Inventory.
   • For sidewalks, select Transportation > Right-of-Way > Sidewalks > Sidewalk Inventory.
   • For guard rails, select Transportation > Right-of-Way > Guard Rails > Rail Inventory.
   • For ramps, select Transportation > Right-of-Way > Ramps > Ramp Inventory.

Once you access the record the Right-of-Way module will open.  

Note: Right-of-Way assets are associated with street segments by populating the Segment ID field in the location tab of the Pavement Inventory, Sidewalk Inventory, Rail Inventory, or Ramp Inventory modules. For further information, please see the appropriate help guides.
