Inspections Tab

The Inspections tab tracks all inspections related to the Asset Item and provides summary information about those inspections.

Inspection Fields

The Inspection fields provide summary information about the most recent inspection performed on the item.

Plant Condition	The general state of a plant item, which is copied from the most recent Inspection record.
Structural Condition	The general state of a structural item, which is copied from the most recent Inspection record.
Date Inspected	The date of the last inspection, which is automatically carried over from the most recent Inspection record.
Next Insp Date	The next date an inspection should occur. This field can then be used to filter for items that need to be inspected.

Inspections Grid

The Inspections grid provides a historical listing of inspections of the item.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
Double-click on an existing record to open it.
