Create Asset Inspection Record

The Create Asset Inspection tool enables users to create an Inspection for a Work Order Asset from within the Work Order itself. The resulting Inspection is associated with the asset and the work order.

1. Select an Asset in the grid.
2. Right-click on the asset and select Create Asset Inspection Record.
   • If there is more than one Inspection Type associated with the Asset Type the following pop-up appears:

     

   • Choose an Inspection Type from the list and click Select.
3. The selected Inspection module opens and displays a new Inspection record for the asset.
4. Edit the Inspection as desired and save.
