Create a filter for the records that should be updated.
Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window appears:
Select Notification Update and click . The following window appears:
Using the pick-list select the type of notice that was sent.
Enter the date the notice was sent.
The Sent By field is automatically populated with the logged in user's ID; however, this can be changed manually.
Save the record. The following screen will appear:
Click OK. A new record will appear in the Notice History grids of all sites in the filterset.

Create a filter for the BMP Sites to which the notifications should be sent.
Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window appears:
Highlight Send Contact (or Owner) Email Notification for Filterset and click .
The email is automatically sent.

Function	Result
Notification Update	Enters a notice record into the Notice History grid on the Communication tab.
Send Contact Email Notification for Filterset	Sends an email notification to all contacts for the current filterset.
Send Owner Email Notification for Filterset	Sends an email notification to all owners for the current filterset.
