Setup Info Tab

The Setup Info tab helps agencies track and record inspection data in compliance with PACP (Pipe Assessment Certification Program) standards. Most of this tab collects general information, such as the name of the individual conducting the survey, the owner of the collection system surveyed, and the entity commissioning the survey. There are also several fields which are specific to PACP inspections:

Field Name

Description

Media Label

The unique identifier for the tape/media.

Category

The importance of the sewer.

Flow Control

The type of restriction of flow used.

Sheet No.

The number used to identify individual surveys performed within a group.

Year Built

The year that the sewer surveyed was constructed.

Year Renewed

The year that the sewer surveyed was renewed.

US/DS Rim to Invert

The distance from the rim to the invert of the upstream/downstream manhole (in ft and tenths of ft or in meters to 1 decimal place).

US/DS Grade to Invert

The distance from the average grade to the invert of the upstream/downstream manhole (in ft and tenths of ft or in meters to 1 decimal place).

US/DS Rim to Grade

The distance from the rim to the average grade of the upstream/downstream manhole (in ft and tenths of ft or in meters to 1 decimal place).

Certificate #

The NASSCO PACP # of the surveyor.

Pre-Cleaning Date

The date any preparatory cleaning was performed.

Pre-Cleaning

The type of preparatory cleaning conducted before the survey.

Weather

The climate conditions when the survey was conducted.
