PACP Header Data

The header fields within the PACP - Conduit Inspections module contain general information to identify, describe, and locate each PACP Inspection. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Alt Conduit ID **

Enable users to identify the inspected pipe from Conduit Inventory. Conduits are identified by their Alt Conduit ID and are generally tied to an upstream and downstream structure. When the user selects a US Structure or an Alt Conduit ID, the system completes the other two fields. Click on either caption button or click in one of these fields and press F9 for a pop-up list of pipes.

Note: Once a conduit has been selected, identifying information and conduit attributes are carried over to this record from the related Inventory record.

Reverse Rec #

Designates the PACP Rec # from the matching survey in cases in which a second survey has been performed on the pipe segment.

PACP Rec #

Indicates the system-generated, unique ID for the Inspection record.

Inspected Date **

Marks the date and time the PACP inspection took place.

Survey Direction **

Specifies the direction in which the segment was inspected (i.e., upstream to downstream or downstream to upstream).

Pipe Seg Ref

Indicates the user-defined ID for the Inspection record.
