The Condition Ratings tab contains fields that display the Structural and O&M ratings for the inspected conduit. The system automatically populates these fields based on data from the Observation records.

The overall Structural Rating for the entire conduit, which is a sum of all O&M Grade fields from all of the Observations. |
Pipe Ratings Total |
The overall rating for the entire conduit, which is the sum of the Pipe Ratings Structural and Pipe Ratings O&M fields. |
Rating Index Structural |
The average rating per structural defect. |
Rating Index O&M |
The average rating per O&M defect. |
Rating Index Total |
The average rating per defect. |
Survey Length |
The length of the survey in the agency's preferred units. |
# of TV Connections |
The number of sewer lateral connections made to the conduit. This field is automatically populated using the Building Conn field on the related Observations records. |
Rehab Method |
The suggested rehab activity for the conduit. |

At the bottom of the Condition Ratings tab is a grid that displays all of the Observation records for the inspection.
A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.
