Inspection Header Data

The FOG Facility Inspection header contains general information used to identify and describe each inspection. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Field	Function
Facility Number*	Specifies the facility that was inspected. Click the Facility Number button or click in the field and press F9 to bring up a list of facilities from the FOG Facilities module.
Facility Name	The name of the facility. This field, as well as the Address fields (and some grid records), is completed automatically when the user selects the Facility Number.
Latest Inspection	Indicates whether the current record represents the most recent inspection for the selected facility. This field is automatically populated by the system.
Inspector	The person who examined the facility.
Inspection Date*	The date the inspection occurred. This value used to update the Last Inspection Date field on the Facility record.

Note: The combination of the Facility Number, Inspection Date, and the time must be unique.
