The Violations/Enforcements tab tracks all violations for which the facility has been cited and the corrective actions required for compliance. This tab is very similar to the Violations/Enforcements tab in the FOG Facilities module. However, the violations contained here are linked to an Inspection record; therefore, the violations appear on this tab, as well as on the Violations/Enforcements tab in the Facility record. This functionality lets inspectors link the results of the inspection to any corrective actions required.
Users enter Notices and Violations records for an inspection using the Notices/Warning/Violations grid. Corrective actions are linked to the Violation records and can be entered in the same way.
Notices / Warnings / Violations
The Notices and Violations grid tracks all notices, warnings, and violations given to the facility. Violations entered here appear in this grid and in the corresponding grid in the FOG Facilities module.
A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.
Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
Right click in the Notices and Violations grid and select Add Record.
The following record will appear.
The upper portion of the violation record stores general information about the type and date of the violation. The bottom portion stores information about any fines the facility is required to pay.
Enter an Occurred Date and click the Notice/Violation button to select a violation. These fields are required and must form a unique combination.
Note: For FOG Facilities the Notice/Violation list is populated through the Sewer > Environmental Compliance > Fats Oils Grease > Facilities > Setup > Notices/Violations. For IPT Facilities the Notice Violation list is populated through the Sewer > Environmental Compliance > Industrial Pretreatment > Violation Setup
Fill out any other desired fields and save the record.
Corrective Actions
After selecting a record in the Notices and Violations grid, the Corrective Actions grid will display all related corrective actions. Corrective action records entered here appear in this grid and in the corresponding grid in the FOG Facilities module.
Note: All corrective action records must be linked to a Notice/Violation record.

The Corrective Action list for IPT Facilities is populated through the Sewer > Environmental Compliance > Industrial Pretreatment > Corrective Action Setup.
